Although we use high quality food-grade (medical) silicone for our products, our prices remain democratic due to low manufacturing costs.

Cooperation in the creation of new products for the benefit of the customer consists of several stages:

1. Obtaining a statement of work, a sketch as well as an assembly drawing or sketch explaining how the silicone product works in the surrounding parts
2. Design and build a pre-production prototype, send it to the customer 1-10 days 300 euro.
3. Test specimen by customer, give comments, correct pre-production specimen, further test by customer until approval
4. Making a mold 15 days 300 euro.
5. Test batch and customer testing, payment for the batch.
6. Serial production.

We have the ability to produce a batch of new custom-made products within 15-30 days of receiving an order.  Although the unique mold does not become the property of the customer, the customer can request a possibly exclusive right to place an order on these molds.

The cost of development and launch can be reduced to 0 (zero) in the case of a large batch of products and regular deliveries. In each case, the cost is determined individually.
